Footcraft Friday: Create a Buzz

A footprint bee towel would make a great gift! So many people like to personalize their towels with monograms, but I came across a great craft project on Creative Green Living that will top that idea with a great memento of your child’s growing feet. Hope you enjoy!

Bumblebee Footprint Towels

Supplies

  • Plain White Dishtowels
  • Yellow Fabric Paint
  • Black Fabric Paint
  • Paintbrush

Directions

1. Fold dishtowel so that one large rectangular area is visible.

2. Paint your little one’s feet with yellow fabric paint and stamp both prints on dish

3. Paint bee stripes, wings, antennae and face as shown (heel is the bee’s head, toes are its bottom.)

4. Let dry and enjoy.
